Privacy notice

The Bellflower Unified School District Foundation website collects only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a reason for writing, and a message so we can respond to Foundation inquiries.

The director application collects the same information requested on the official District PDF: name, occupation, residence and business contact details, alumni status, employment and community-service background, two references, fundraising and conflict-of-interest answers, and a signed certification. Applications are directed to superintendent@busd.k12.ca.us.

Messages are directed to Jevans@busd.k12.ca.us. Please do not submit student records, grades, financial-aid information, or other sensitive education data through these forms.

This site does not process payment-card data. When an official donation page is published, that processor’s privacy practices will be disclosed there.

The apply and contact forms include a hidden field used only to catch automated submissions. They also use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. That check is processed by Google under Google’s privacy policy.

If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated to describe what is collected and why. To request deletion of a message you sent, email Jevans@busd.k12.ca.us.
