A Mayfair scholar-athlete who attended college on a Gates Foundation scholarship.
Marque Richardson grew up in Bellflower and graduated from Mayfair High School in 2003 as a scholar-athlete.
He attended USC on a full Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation scholarship. His screen work includes the film and Netflix series Dear White People, as well as True Blood, The Newsroom, and Unprisoned.
He has been active in community service, including Habitat for Humanity and a memorial scholarship fund.
